Is there a minimum or maximum number of attendees for Pour Co. service?
No, we've handled events ranging from intimate gatherings of 10 to major festivals with 20,000 attendees. We create custom solutions for events of any size.
How much notice is required to book your services?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Please note that bookings made within 30 days of your event will be subject to a 25% service charge.
What are your payment terms and requirements?
Event Pour Co. requires a 25% deposit upon confirmation of booking. If no deposit is received, we reserve the right to accept other bookings.
Do you provide the beverages?
We serve the kegs, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages you provide. However, we can assist with delivery arrangements. Under the Liquor Control and Licensing Act and special events permit regulations, the permit holder needs to provide the products.
Can we provide our own bartenders?
While professional service is included with most of our packages, you can provide your own service staff in certain situations. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Do you only do outdoor events?
Our mobile Beer Truck can host events both indoors and outdoors, wherever our truck can fit!
Who obtains the special events permit?
The host is responsible for securing the 'special events permit,' which can be obtained at www.specialevents.bcldb.com. Event Pour Co. can help with submission and guidance throughout the permit process.
What about insurance and licensing?
Event Pour Co. carries $5,000,000 in liability insurance and all relevant municipal licenses. All our staff members are Serving it Right certified.
