This past weekend, Event Pour Co. proudly returned for our second year as the official beverage provider at Food Truck Wars in Cloverdale, servicing refreshing drinks to the 20,000 attendees at the three-day street food extravaganza hosted by the Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival.
An Experienced Approach to Mobile Beverages
Foodtruckwars.co 2025 marked a significant milestone for our team as we showcased our site-wide beverage service model and unveiled our newly wrapped branded trailer. The eye-catching mobile bar was the focal point of our operation and quickly became a central meeting place for attendees.
Unlike traditional beer gardens that restrict where guests can enjoy their drinks, our setup allowed attendees to purchase and enjoy beverages throughout the entire event grounds. Building on the success of our first year at Food Truck Wars, we enhanced our offering with an additional service point and our signature mobile unit.
Our main bar was centrally located at the middle of the lot containing 37 food trucks, featured 6 beer taps as well as canned beverage options. Our secondary bar was thoughtfully positioned near the main stage seating, where visitors could purchase beverages before or during the event’s ongoing live entertainment.
Weekend Highlights
Food Truck Wars 2025 was the perfect venue to debut our full-service offerings:
- Friday Evening: As attendees enjoyed the Dueling Pianos performance, our mobile bar set up near the main stage kept the refreshments flowing, eliminating long lines and wait times even during peak hours.
- Saturday’s Record Attendance: The busiest day of the festival saw thousands of guests sampling exclusive food truck creations while enjoying craft beverages from our strategically placed service stations. Our overhead tent ensured a cool and enjoyable experience for those waiting in line as the sun shinned all afternoon.
- Sunday Festivities: Annie Ji Productions stage takeover lead the day’s entertainment with live music, dance performances and activities setting a great backdrop for cold drinks. The weekend’s Awards Ceremony wrapped up the event nicely and invited guests to spend the rest of their visit trying winning dishes and washing them down with cold beverages from EPC bars.
Our team maintained efficient service throughout the weekend, with both serving stations positioned for convenient access regardless of where guests were enjoying the festivities.
